Once you get in touch, by email or phone, let us know of your problem, and we will arrange for a free quotation at your property. After our initial visit, we will send or email you a written quotation.

Our quotations are clear and comprehensive, and give a fixed cost for the specified works , which conform to British Standards and the Lead Sheet Association’s Code of Practice. These works are always guaranteed, unless otherwise stated.

Once a customer has accepted our quotation, we are committed to your project. We give an accurate start date (weather permitting), and carry out each project or repair with as little disturbance or inconvenience as possible. If any additional essential works become revealed, we will always discuss this with the customer prior to incurring any additional costs.
