A leak from the roof

I asked Andy and his brother to come and see some damage which l believed was a leak from the roof. They explained to me what they thought was occurring and causing the damage and gave me advice as what to do next. It became clear that their services were not required and I appreciate that they did not try to persuade me to do something that was not needed but gave me advice, all for the price of a badly made cup of coffee. Thank you.
